Will I receive reviews on my Amazon and/or Goodreads book listings?
Yes. Public reviews are not left on our site at all. We propagate the content from your reviews in your personal dashboard in Bigfoot Reviews for quick reference, but only you can see that. The public review is left on Amazon and/or Goodreads by our readers.
No. You're not buying reviews. You (the author) are purchasing access to our database of reviewers, who are given the option to select your book through our third-party, independent, and impartial service. There is no direct contact between you and the reviewer, and we do not influence or manipulate the review content in any way.
Yes. Our reviewers are not "assigned" books, and they do not have direct interaction with or influence from the authors. Reviewers select to read your work of their own volition, and the content of their reviews is not influenced in any way. This is a service that emulates how major publishing houses have been getting their books reviewed for decades. 
Not at all. New releases are welcome, but we don't publication-age discriminate. ;)

There you can upload your books, monitor points, and see the book reviews you've received. Every account has access to our customer support chat system. While logged in to your account, just click the bubble in the lower right corner of the page to open a chat window. Yes! All paid membership plans include a Free 14-day Trial. To avoid payment, just cancel within 12 days. Any reviews you receive during your free trial period will remain on your Amazon and/or Goodreads account.
This is easy and can be done at any time through your dashboard control panel. Just click on "Account Settings" while logged in, then "Subscriptions," and below your current membership, you'll see the link to "Cancel Subscription."
We offer a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the free trial period. No questions asked. Each month thereafter, you can cancel a monthly membership at any time without penalty. Your current month of service will complete with full feature access, then it will automatically downgrade to a free Reader account, and you will not be billed anything thereafter. Yearly memberships are eligible for a refund until the 10th month of service. If canceled before then, the refund rate will incur a plan/price adjustment (based on the regular monthly rate). 
If you cancel your membership or free trial, your reviews will remain on Amazon and/or Goodreads. They are yours to keep! Your account here will automatically downgrade to a free account and retain your activity history. You can even continue earning points. If you decide to reactivate your membership to use your points, all you have to do is sign back into your account and reactivate a membership package. It's that easy!
We accept all genres in either EPUB or PDF format.
We do not accept "stolen" books, in which the lister has lifted/copied content from another published book.
We do not accept "click-farm" scam books of mostly blank pages.
We do not accept empty journals.
We DO accept coloring books and workbooks of varying styles.
Only readers who have selected your book to read and review will have access to your manuscript.
